1. Nature of Service

DwarkaCab (dwarkacab.in) operates solely as a Digital Facilitator/Booking Platform. We do not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles, nor do we employ drivers. Our role is strictly limited to connecting users with independent third-party transport providers (drivers/operators).

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking made through the website or WhatsApp is considered "Confirmed" only after a driver or operator details are shared with you.

3. Fare & Payment

  • Estimated fares are provided at the time of booking, but final toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes are extra (unless specified).
  • Payments should be made directly to the driver as per the agreed terms.
  • DwarkaCab is not responsible for any payment disputes between the passenger and the driver.

4. User Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and contact information.
  • Respect the vehicle and the driver's safety guidelines.
  • Verify the driver's identity and vehicle number before starting the trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crucial: DwarkaCab shall NOT be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, vehicle breakdown, or driver misconduct. The transport service is a direct contract between the passenger and the third-party driver. By using our platform, you waive any legal claims against DwarkaCab regarding the actual journey.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. In case of last-minute cancellations after the vehicle has reached the location, a "Minimum Pickup Fee" may be charged by the driver.
