Please note that DwarkaCab shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or any direct/indirect issues arising during the journey. The contract of service is between the passenger and the driver/taxi provider.

To provide seamless booking, we collect:

- Trip Details: Pickup location, destination, date, and time.
- Technical Data: IP address and browser type for security.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To share your booking details with the assigned driver.
- To send booking confirmations and updates via WhatsApp/Call.
- To improve our website performance and user experience.
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We only share your pickup details and phone number with the service provider (driver) assigned to your trip. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing companies.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, since we are an online platform, we cannot guarantee 100% security of data transmitted over the internet.
5. User Responsibility
Users are advised to verify the vehicle and driver details at the time of pickup. Any disputes regarding fares or service quality should be settled directly with the driver/provider at the time of travel.
